Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is clean and in its original condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
